These are fantastic.

I bought these at Wal-Mart. It is great as you can try it before you buy. With all 3 bands attached I could raise my arms all the way up but with great difficulty.

My guess is that Black is 20-30 pounds blue is 15-25 pounds and red is 5-15 pounds possibly harder and all 3 are 50-60 pounds easy compared to free weights.

I am using these for P90X and I generally don't go above the black one drop to the blue one and then go down to 15 pound dumbbells after that.

These bands are very serious especially considering that any other store bands I have tried have had minimal resistance.

The handles themselves have been very comfortable so far I just hope they hold up.More detail ...

it works! (2 out of 3)

I bought this set a few months back from a local retailer. I was really curious if it would work and it totally does. I convinced myself to get this combo package because I wanted the push-up spinners as well. It was about the same price for this set as buying the bar and spinners individually. The ab straps seem pretty useless because they are one-size-fits-none.



Caveats:

1) you need to have molding round your door frame. Most doors do but you should check.

2) Works on my home doors but not on the office doors at work -- those doors are wider. who knew?

3) The straps are useless. I haven't found anyone who was the right size for them to work.

4) The push-up spinners are pretty sweet. They really make push-ups harder. They also let you go negative dropping below your hands towards the floor. You really don't want to go negative as it's bad for your back/shoulders but being able to go to neutral zero without hitting the floor is great. You don't get that little rest at the bottom to cheat.



After a couple of months the foam that rests against the side of the door frame is starting to wear off.

Fantastic Glo Bag

This is the best thought out gym bag I have ever had (and I've had a few)!



Its like a hanging wardrobe! The interior of the bag is really well divided up and this means your clothes remain crease free and well away from your smelly socks !!!!



The accessories for the bag are great as well - I have the wash bag which holds more than enough to take you through a weekend away - in fact the whole bag would be great for travel and its very comfortable to carry as well with out being too bulky.



The bag comes with an extra hanger so if your locker is an odd shape you can hang it up on a rail instead of the hooks

Ball Burst after just 3 months of use

I liked the ball and have been using it almost daily since I purchased it in early July today the ball started to make a whining sound and 10 seconds later I was flat on the floor and the ball had an 18" split down the side perpendicular to the bands.
